I have been wanting to get my hands on this naked palette for god knows how long. I have the Naked 3 palette and the Naked Basics palette but this one has always drawn my eye as it has those perfect ashy tones. I am so so pleased that I finally cracked and added it to my expanding palette collection as I have been using these colours non-stop in my everyday eye make-up. They are beyond perfect for creating both a day smoky eye, as well as a night smoky eye which is a big claim for a palette. Not to mention I believe that I could genuinely use every single colour that is in this palette as they are all wearable. I know this is the big pull of the naked palettes as they are such versatile shades but it really does justify the spend in my eyes.
Some of the colours are overlapping with my Naked 3 palette which I guess is to be expected and is not too much of a bother for me; especially as the colours which overlap happen to be the ones I like a lot from Naked 3 so good to have extra! As I said above, this palette is definitely more on the ashy tones compared with the rose gold Naked 3. Whilst rose gold is booming in my life with physical objects, I really do not feel it on my eyes so this Naked 2 palette is a godsend for me and a great addition to my collection. Obviously, Urban Decay do tend to have a slight fall out problem with their eyeshadows… this can be annoying as I sometimes end up ruining my make-up/concealer from the shadows but I guess I just need to remember to either hold a tissue underneath or do my concealer after putting the eye make-up on; there are worse things to be an issue, I am sure!
Overall, I am beyond happy that I caved and purchased this gorgeous palette. The colours are completely perfect for the type of make-up look I go for and I have seriously been using this palette non-stop.
